Booking a Trip

Schools can book a school bus vehicle(s) for a specific trip by submitting their information in the School Only Charter Portal Login e-booking software. An easy-to-use step-by-step guide on how to use the software can be found in the School Portal under the ‘Media Library’.

When booking a trip, be prepared with the following information:

  • date of trip
  • one way or return
  • destination(s) and details
  • preferred travel times
  • number of students and supervisors/chaperones
  • trip contact person

Bus availability for charter service depends on time of day and number of available drivers and vehicles.

To avoid disappointment, book as early as possible but no less than 7 business days in advance to allow for processing time. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to additional cleaning protocols and driver shortages, the availability of buses in prime time will be impacted. You may need to adjust your preferred booking times to find an available bus. Prime time is generally classified as bookings before 9:15am and between 2.00pm – 4.30pm.
