Policies and Procedures

The Education Act states that a Board of Education may elect to provide transportation for pupils enrolled in schools operated by the Board.  Boards are not obligated to provide school bus service.  School bus transportation is a privilege, not a right. 

Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services works co-operatively with our two partner school boards to provide school bus service consistent with the respective Board policy.  For more information on the transportation policy of your Board, please click on the link below to the Board website:
